Refund policy
Returns are NOT ACCEPTED for any items. Refunds or Replacements may be requested for items that are defective or damaged as shipped, or where an incorrect item was shipped.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at customerservice@only-america.com if any item is defective, damaged or if you received an incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include "URGENT - REFUND/REPLACEMENT - [Your Order #]" in the subject header of your email to us.
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your request for a refund or replacement, and let you know if the request is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, or the correct item will be re-shipped. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@only-america.com.
